God transformed Patrick’s life from a drug addict to a career in aerospace. He has served as a board member for our ministry and married a House of Refuge Sunnyslope gradudate.

Old Life
After years of drug abuse, Patrick was hopeless, and he gave up trying to get clean. It was easier to fully dive into full time drug use and not have to deal with the long process of recovery. His life was a mess, always running from his problems when he stepped across the threshold of House of Refuge Sunnyslope.

New Life
"I married my wife Lisa in 2013 and became an instant Stepdad to three girls. I am so thankful that the changes in my life have also included a fulfilling career. I have been in the same work since HRS and have worked my way up the ladder to be among the top performers in Aerospace Manufacturing. I have found that I thrive on serving others and being productive. I also had the opportunity to serve a term as a Board Member for the ministry."
